All information must be sent in for Break a Leg ads by September 15, 2026 in order for us to meet our program print deadline.

Please email your photos and message to katytheatre@gmail.com with the subject: Break a Leg Ad.

What we need:

1. Proof of purchase

2. Digital copies of the photo(s) that you want to use

3. The message that you want to put in the design

If you wish to create your own design, the requirements are:

1. Image should be in PNG or JPG format in the highest image quality

2. If you are purchasing a 1/4 or Full page ad, please create your ad on a standard 8.5x11” size format

3. If you are purchasing a 1/2 page ad, please create your ad on a standard 8.5”x5.5” horizontal format.

   Note: If the above requirements are not met and the deadline for submissions have passed, please be informed that we will possibly need to redesign the image as close to what is submitted to meet Playbill design needs.
